| I-ve got a story about that fat little attorney you referred to.I was sitting in the court hearing about the Spending Cap amendment, he was on the other side defending the city against the cap. After he made his lame pitch, I told him it was ironic that he was representing Baines and City employees against the 5000 people who wanted to vote on a cap. I told him he served at the pleasure of the people and we didn-t appreciate his attack on democracy. This is what he said: Jeff, I-ve been city solicitor thru many mayoral administrations.
